  • Founder & Host

    Anna is a certified Somatic Breathwork™ facilitator & the heart behind Innerbloom Dark Retreats. Before earning her certification, she felt an undeniable pull toward the dark finding herself lingering longer in shivasana’s, diving deeper in her meditations & extending breathwork sessions. This inner calling led her to a transformative four & a half-day dark retreat journey that became the catalyst to create Innerbloom.

    Anna’s approach is deeply rooted in somatic wisdom & lived experience. She holds sacred the journey inward & honors the body as a wise guide. Through Innerbloom, she offers a supportive, integrative container where retreaters are met with tenderness, not toughness a place where transformation unfolds gently & fully, respecting each person’s unique rhythm & needs.

    Her work is a blend of deep embodiment, compassionate presence & practical integration, helping guests navigate their inner landscapes with safety, care & profound healing.
